Grants Program Manager- Full-Time Exempt

Reporting to the Development Director and Director of Operations, the Grants Program Manager is a 40-hour-a-week, on-site position that supports the Boys & Girls Club’s comprehensive grants program. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Development and Program teams, ensuring effective coordination, compliance, and reporting across all grant-funded initiatives. The role plays a key part in advancing the Club’s mission, goals, and strategic priorities.

Preschool Lead Teacher- Full-Time Exempt

Reporting to the Preschool Director and Director of Operations.  The Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating the preschool program to provide a safe, healthy, and educational learning environment for all children and families served in accordance with state regulations.  The Preschool Lead teacher will oversee the daily operations of one preschool classroom. 

Bus Driver- Part Time

General supervision and accountability for children while en route to and from the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield. 

A current and valid Massachusetts license and CDL School Bus License issued by the State of Massachusetts is required.
