Preschool Lead Teacher- Full-Time Exempt

Reporting to the Preschool Director and Director of Operations.  The Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating the preschool program to provide a safe, healthy, and educational learning environment for all children and families served in accordance with state regulations.  The Preschool Lead teacher will oversee the daily operations of one preschool classroom. 

Bus Driver- Part Time

General supervision and accountability for children while en route to and from the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield. 

A current and valid Massachusetts license and CDL School Bus License issued by the State of Massachusetts is required.

Youth Development Coordinator- Full-Time Exempt

The Youth Development Coordinator will assist the Teen Director with core programs of the Club for grades 7-12 by ensuring that staff are planning, developing, and implementing programs and activities that support the organization's standards.


Must monitor and evaluate situations quickly using good judgment to assess situations and make decisions.  Create and maintain a safe environment for teens and adults within the program space.  Communicate with parents as necessary regarding behavior and Club events.
